MOQ & MAP Policy

1. Wholesale Program Overview

The Lever 2000 Wholesale Program is designed for approved B2B partners who wish to purchase products at wholesale pricing. All orders are processed under our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies to ensure brand consistency and market stability.

2. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity / Value)

• Minimum wholesale order value: $3,700 USD
• This MOQ can be fulfilled by combining multiple SKUs
• There is no requirement to meet MOQ with a single SKU

All SKUs are subject to availability and approval.

3. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

• The MAP policy ensures brand value protection across all sales channels
• Products must not be advertised below MAP pricing publicly (including websites, marketplaces, or ads)
• MAP requirements can be fulfilled using a combination of multiple SKUs
• Private or cart-based discounts are allowed, but public price violations are strictly prohibited

4. Wholesale Discount Structure

We offer tier-based pricing benefits for wholesale buyers:

• $3,700+ Orders → Standard wholesale pricing
• $8,000+ Orders → Additional discount eligibility
• $10,000+ Orders → Higher-tier pricing & priority processing

5. Order Process (Step-by-Step)

• Buyer submits selected SKUs and quantities
• Our team issues a Proforma Invoice based on MOQ & MAP compliance
• Buyer completes payment via approved method (typically wire transfer)
• After payment confirmation:

→ Paid Commercial Invoice is issued
→ Order processing begins
→ Shipping / fulfillment preparation is initiated

6. Documentation & Support

After successful payment, the following documents may be provided:

• Commercial Invoice (Paid)
• Packing List
• Authorization / Brand Support Documents (if applicable)
• FBA / Marketplace onboarding assistance (if required)

7. Important Notes

• All orders are subject to approval and product availability
• MAP violations may result in account restrictions or suspension
• Discounts are only applicable to approved wholesale orders
• Compliance with pricing policies is mandatory for all partners
