Return Eligibility (60 Days Window)

Returns or claims are accepted within 60 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• Order does not match the approved invoice
• Verified fulfillment or packing error from our side

All claims must include order details and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).

Refund / Resolution Options

If any listing or documentation-related issue occurs, our support team assists buyers by providing required wholesale documents and onboarding support to help resolve the issue.
