Shipping & Labeling Policy

At LEVER 2000, we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and professional shipping and labeling process for all wholesale customers. Our logistics system is designed to support online sellers who operate on major e-commerce marketplaces.

All wholesale orders are processed only after payment confirmation and order verification. Once the payment is confirmed by our finance department, the order immediately moves to the preparation stage.

The standard processing time for preparing wholesale orders is 1–3 business days. During this time our logistics team carefully prepares the inventory, verifies quantities, and organizes shipment documentation.

After the order preparation is completed, the shipment is dispatched through trusted international courier partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

The estimated delivery time for most shipments is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier handling time.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, customers will receive shipment confirmation along with the tracking ID, courier information, and estimated delivery date.

Our logistics team ensures that every order is securely packed and protected to prevent damage during transportation.

In addition to standard shipping services, we also support fulfillment preparation for marketplace sellers. Many of our wholesale customers operate stores on major platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.

To support these sellers, we provide professional product labeling services according to marketplace requirements.

This labeling includes barcode placement, unit preparation, and proper packaging for fulfillment centers.

The standard labeling service fee is $0.20 USD per unit. This ensures that each product unit is correctly labeled before shipment.

Customers who request direct shipment to Amazon FBA warehouses can benefit from our professional FBA preparation service.

Direct Amazon FBA shipping is provided free of charge, helping sellers reduce operational costs and simplify logistics.

Our team also offers third-party logistics (3PL) support services for sellers who prefer to route their inventory through external warehouses before sending products to fulfillment centers.

Every shipment is inspected by our logistics team before dispatch to ensure that all products meet quality standards and packaging requirements.

Customers will receive shipment documentation including shipping confirmation and order verification records when required.

We strongly encourage customers to monitor their shipments using the tracking information provided.

If any shipping-related issues occur, such as delays, damage, or courier handling problems, customers should contact our support team immediately.

Our team will investigate the issue and work with the courier service to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
